Randy Spence serves as CDG, Inc.’s Utility Practice Leader. Spence has designed and managed numerous water, wastewater and natural gas projects from conceptual planning through final construction for more than 25 years.
In addition to his contributions as a practice leader, Spence provides project development, funding procurement assistance and quality assurance and control services for utility infrastructure projects across the Southeast.
