Mr. Ramsden has successfully designed and managed projects for over 15 years in Alabama and surrounding states. He has worked primarily for municipalities and has extensive knowledge of funding mechanisms through the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs and the Alabama Department of Transportation. He has performed as a project manager for numerous projects funded by Industrial Access, Transportation Enhancement, Safe Routes to Schools, Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) and Rural Development. Mr. Ramsden has also served as project manager on projects for the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Alabama Department of Transportation and the Florida Department of Corrections.
