Clay McKee, PE
Mr. McKee is responsible for the design and management of public works projects, primarily water and wastewater, for various public utilities and municipalities throughout the state. Mr. McKee has provided solutions for a variety of needs including: long range facilities planning, analysis of alternative solutions, assistance with regulatory compliance, assistance with day-to-day operations, financial analysis and assistance with funding acquisition, permitting assistance, detailed project design, and construction administration. He is experienced with traditional bond financing, State Revolving Fund (SRF), the EPA Grant program, Rural Development and other similar funding sources for his clients. Mr. McKee has also provided technical training on various topics relating to water and wastewater operations and is familiar with the EPA Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water Acts and ADEM water and wastewater regulations.
