Mr. Chitwood has over 26 years of experience in the design and project management of water and wastewater projects in Alabama. He has experience with many funding sources and regulatory agencies such as ADEM, EPA, Florida DEP, USDA, and CDBG. In addition to serving as Senior Project manager, Mr. Chitwood consults with many of the Project Managers and Project Engineers within CDG on technical issues. Mr. Chitwood has the ability to deliver a project from the planning stage all the way through final construction and project start-up.
