Mr. Lee’s experience in design and construction management spans a period of 35 years. His design experience includes water, waste water, storm drainage and roadway projects. His project responsibilities typically include the coordination of field data, design development, plan preparation, creation of construction contracts and technical specifications, preparation of permits, cost estimate and agency review. His construction management involvement includes bid services, coordination of the construction contracts with the Owner, construction conferences, shop drawing and schedule review, processing of payment requests, supervising project inspectors, coordination of work with Owners and other stakeholders and project close out. As a lifelong Alabama native, Mr. Lee by has worked with the local relevant agencies including Rural Development (Alabama and Florida), Community Development Block Grants (Alabama and Florida), Alabama Department of Transportation, Alabama Department of Environmental Management, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Northwest Florida Water Management.
