Daniel Wells, PE
Mr. Wells has been a project manager for and successfully designed solid waste facilities for over 10 years in the State of Alabama. He has a working knowledge of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management’s regulations and operational requirements as well as EPA guidance for the design, permitting and operation of solid waste facilities. As project manager, Mr. Wells has directed projects though initial site assessment, conceptual design, final design, regulatory reviews and construction completion. Mr. Wells’ solid waste facility experience includes: design management experience in composite lined municipal solid waste facilities, hydraulic modeling, environmental site assessments, groundwater monitoring and Landfill Gas collection and control systems.
