Mr. Baker has extensive experience in land development design projects. These projects include complete infrastructural plans, which include the following: gravity sewer, lift stations, force mains, water distribution systems, roadway design and storm water design. Previous experience includes FDEP and USACE permitting in Florida and managing and conducting geotechnical projects for ALDOT and MDOT.
