Matthew Burgess

Mr. Burgess has three years experience as project manager on a variety of civil engineering projects, including site development, stormwater management, municipal consulting, industrial development and GIS mapping & infrastructure management. He has successfully completed site development projects for municipal and private clients. He serves as the primary contact for municipal clients in which CDG serves as City Engineer as well as the on-call engineer for local industrial and economic development agencies. Mr. Burgess has a comprehensive understanding of external factors that affect municipal project success, including the regulatory policies of ALDOT, ADEM, FEMA and the U.S. Corps of Engineers. His engineering experience includes:
