The analytical laboratory at CDG is an integral part of the firm's full-line consulting services. The laboratory is utilized for support of in-house projects, as well as sub-contract sample collection and analysis.

CDG has extensive experience in the water quality requirements of regulatory agencies on a local, state and national level for environmental conformance. Assisting clients with their analysis helps them comply with laws and regulations that impact all levels of industrial and commercial activity as well as state and local governments.

Advanced instrumentation and up-dated laboratory testing equipment are used to produce dependable results for clients in business, industry, and government. To ensure the validity of final results, each step of the process is documented with chain-of-custody records. A comprehensive Quality Assurance Program is maintained through analysis of quality control samples, duplicate samples, spiked samples, and EPA check samples. All sampling and analytical work is performed in accordance with approved procedures from "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater'" U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), or the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM). Strict adherence to regulatory procedures provides assurance of valid data.
