Mr. Shepard has experience in underground storage tank design and testing, soils and groundwater investigations, and contaminant remediation
since 1987. He serves as project engineer experienced in environmental engineering design and project management on environmental investigations and cleanup. He is experienced in the design and management of underground storage tank removal, underground storage tank installation, upgrade of existing UST systems, Environmental Site Assessments, Spill Prevention Plans, Emergency Spill Cleanup, Free Product Removal, and cleanup of released petroleum products.
His projects include underground storage tank precision tank tightness testing, closures, and site assessments. He developed a company safety plan for work at underground storage tank sites. He is experienced with cathodic protection measures and is a certified cathodic protection technician.
Mr. Shepard's expertise includes Underground Cathodic Storage Tank monitoring, and
he is a certified technician of Vender Root UST monitoring systems.
Mr. Shepard serves under appointment by Lt. Governor Lucy Baxley to
the Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund Management Board.
