Randy Spence, P.E.

Vice President of Engineering Services

 

In his role as Vice President of Engineering Services, Mr. Spence is responsible for the overall operations of the engineering discipline of the firm as well as the design and management of selected civil engineering projects for municipal and private clients.  His role includes strategic planning for engineering services, coordination of business development efforts, development and implementation of policies and procedures, assurance of quality control and consistency of documents, the recruitment of talented employees, and leadership, management and technical development of personnel.
