Randy Spence, P.E.

Board Member/Branch Manager

 

Mr. Spence is responsible or engineering discipline operations in CDG's Albertville office as well as the design and management of selected civil engineering projects for municipal and private clients.  His role includes strategic planning for engineering services, coordination of business development efforts, development and implementation of policies and procedures, assurance of quality control and consistency of documents, the recruitment of talented employees, and leadership, management and technical development of personnel.
