As an accomplished professional engineer licensed in six states,
Mr. Pugh is
recognized as a leader in Solid Waste engineering. He has assisted clients
in analyzing solid waste issues, preparing reports of alternative solutions,
and financial analysis. He has performed project management services for
municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills, construction/demolition (C/D) landfills,
industrial landfills, transfer stations, and waste handling facilities. Services
have included site searches and selection, site evaluation, conceptual designs,
final designs, permit applications, and public presentations related to solid waste
issues, preparation of Solid Waste Management Plans, Operation and Maintenance
Plans, Landfill Closure Plans, and Landfill Remediation Plans.
Mr. Pugh has performed
construction management services for construction and closure of landfills.
